Welcome to dumpsterfire.rent, operated by Dumpster Fire Disposal Services LLC ("Dumpster Fire," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site describes our dumpster rental and junk removal services and lets you reach us and book a job. Sizes, pricing, weight limits, rental periods, and availability shown here are general information and may change. The terms that apply to your specific job are the ones we confirm with you when you book.
A quote is an estimate until we confirm it. Final pricing depends on the size you choose, the included weight allowance and rental days, any overage, and what you actually put in the dumpster. We may decline or adjust a job if conditions on site differ from what was described.
Certain materials cannot go in our dumpsters, including hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, oils, solvents, batteries, propane tanks, and asbestos. Heavy materials such as concrete and dirt may require a dedicated dumpster. See our What Goes In page and FAQ for details, and ask us if you are unsure. You are responsible for what you load, and prohibited materials may result in additional fees.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or scrape or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
The content, design, logo, and mascot on this site belong to Dumpster Fire and may not be used without our written permission.
Our site links to and embeds third-party tools and websites we do not control, such as our booking and review widgets. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dumpster Fire is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits the protections you are entitled to under the agreement for your actual rental or service.
