Matlacha is a tiny fishing village on the bridge-islands between Cape Coral and Pine Island. Pine Island Road runs straight through the middle of it, past the bright cottages, the art galleries, and the seafood spots along Matlacha Pass. The lots out here are small and the streets are narrow to match.

We run three sizes, and on Matlacha's small lots the footprint matters as much as the load. The 7-yard is best for small home projects, single-room cleanouts, and yard waste, and it's the easiest fit for a tight lot. The 15-yard handles a medium job like flooring, a roof, or a multi-room cleanout. The 20-yard is for bigger remodels, construction debris, or storm cleanup.
We deliver across the village and the islands beyond it. That covers Pine Island Road running through the middle of it all, Matlacha Isles and Matlacha Shores, the cottages and galleries along Matlacha Pass, and on out to Pine Island Center, St. James City, Bokeelia, and Pineland. We also serve the surrounding Lee County communities like Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers.
The waterfront lots out here are small and the streets are narrow, so if your spot is tight, send a photo when you call and we'll plan the drop ahead of time.

A lot of our Matlacha calls are waterfront cottage cleanouts, kitchen remodels, and stuffed-garage clear-outs. Contractors and handymen working the cottages and waterfront homes use our roll-offs for roofing, flooring, remodels, and tear-outs.
Matlacha took a hard hit from Hurricane Ian, so rebuilds and storm cleanups are still common out here, and we run a lot of dumpsters for damaged drywall, ruined flooring, fencing, downed palm fronds, and yard debris. Gallery owners, shop keepers, restaurants along the Pass, and property managers call us to clear turnovers, remodels, and cleanouts.
