Need a dumpster in Babcock Ranch? We're Dumpster Fire, a family-run dumpster rental and junk removal crew based right next door in Port Charlotte, and we drop roll-offs all over the country's first solar-powered town. We'll get a dumpster to you and tell you the price before you book. Call or text any hour, any day.
Babcock Ranch is a young, master-planned community in Charlotte County, built off SR-31 around Lake Babcock and Founder's Square. It's the country's first solar-powered town, and it's still being built out, so almost everything out here is fresh construction, new neighborhoods, and homeowners settling in.
We're based in Port Charlotte, a quick run from the Ranch, so getting a roll-off to you is easy. Whether you're moving into a new house, clearing out after the build, or running a job site off SR-31, we deliver the dumpster, you fill it, and we haul it off. One price, told to you up front.

We run three sizes, and access matters with all the fresh concrete and paver work out here. The 7-yard is best for small cleanouts or a single room in a new build. The 15-yard handles a medium job like roofing, flooring, or a multi-room cleanout. The 20-yard is for new-construction scrap, big remodels, and storm debris.
We deliver across the whole community, from the new residential streets off SR-31 to active build sites and the shops at Crescent B Commons. That covers the new neighborhoods near Founder's Square, the area out by Lake Babcock, and the blocks near the retail at Crescent B Commons, plus properties backed up against the Babcock Ranch Preserve and the Fred C. Babcock-Cecil M. Webb Wildlife Management Area.
With so much fresh concrete and new paver work out here, our sealed-plywood driveway protection goes down first so the bin never touches your driveway. If your spot is tight, send a photo when you call and we'll plan the drop ahead of time.
We run out of Port Charlotte and cover Babcock and the rest of Charlotte County. Here's our service area.
With most homes brand new, a lot of our Babcock Ranch calls are new-build scrap, demo, and remodel debris as people settle in. Contractors building off SR-31 use us for construction offcuts, roofing, and flooring, and we set the bin right at the lot so the crew isn't working around a full container.
New lots mean a lot of fresh landscaping, and storm season runs June through November down here, so we run plenty of dumpsters for palm fronds, cleared brush, fallen branches, and fencing. Businesses around Founder's Square and Crescent B Commons call us for buildouts, retail cleanouts, and turnovers.
We typically offer same-day or next-day delivery, depending on availability.
Only if it's going on public property or a right-of-way. On your own driveway you're fine.
No. We lay sealed plywood down first so the bin never touches your concrete or pavers.
Tell us the address and what you're working on, and we'll get a delivery on the calendar.
