Need a dumpster in Burnt Store Marina? We're Dumpster Fire, a family-run dumpster rental and junk removal crew based right next door in Port Charlotte, and we drop roll-offs all over this gated boating community on Charlotte Harbor. We'll get a dumpster to you and tell you the price before you book. Call or text any hour, any day.
Burnt Store Marina is a gated, boater-focused community off Burnt Store Road, the connector that runs north toward Punta Gorda and south toward Cape Coral. It sits right on the Lee and Charlotte county line, with homes that back up to the canals and the golf course and a crowd that keeps garages and docks full of stuff that needs to go.
We're based in Port Charlotte, so we run Burnt Store Road out to the marina, the golf course, or a home off one of the side streets as a normal day. Whether you're cleaning out a canal home, redoing a kitchen, or hauling off what a storm left behind, we deliver the dumpster, you fill it, and we haul it off. One price, told to you up front.

We run three sizes, and access matters on the tighter lots and canal-side driveways here. The 7-yard is best for small cleanouts, a single-room refresh, or yard waste. The 15-yard handles a medium job like a kitchen remodel or a roof. The 20-yard is for full renovations, hurricane debris, or larger construction.
We deliver throughout Burnt Store Marina and the communities around it along Burnt Store Road. That covers the gated marina and golf community, the canal homes that back up to Charlotte Harbor, and the side streets inside the gates, plus nearby Burnt Store Lakes, Burnt Store Isles, and Pirate Harbor. If you're somewhere along Burnt Store Road between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral, we'll deliver to you.
The gated layout and canal-side driveways can be tight, and the marina sometimes has its own rules for placement, so if your spot is narrow, send a photo when you call and we'll plan the drop ahead of time.
We run out of Port Charlotte and cover Burnt Store Marina and the rest of Lee County. Here's our service area.
A lot of our Burnt Store Marina calls are canal-home and condo cleanouts, where years of boating and household stuff pile up, plus kitchen and condo remodels and downsizing. Contractors out here use us for the debris that comes with remodels: tile, cabinets, drywall, flooring, roofing, and lumber.
Sitting right on Charlotte Harbor, this community takes storms hard, so after one rolls through we run a lot of dumpsters for downed palm fronds, busted fencing, and screen panels. Condo associations, property managers, and businesses around the marina call us to keep the grounds clear and turn pickups around quickly.
We typically offer same-day or next-day delivery, depending on availability.
Only if you're placing it on a public street or an HOA-managed area. On your own driveway you're fine, and the marina's gated layout sometimes has its own rules, so we'll help you check.
A 20-yard is the one for heavy storm debris, roofing, and large cleanouts.
Tell us the address and what you're working on, and we'll get a delivery on the calendar.
