Boca Grande sits out on Gasparilla Island, reached by one toll bridge over the causeway from Placida. It's a mix of historic cottages near Park Avenue and the village downtown, the canal lots of Boca Grande Isles, and a quiet, old-Florida island feel where the weather off the Gulf hits first and hits hard.
We're based in Port Charlotte, so getting a roll-off out to the island is a run we're happy to make. Whether you're freshening up a cottage, gutting a kitchen, or hauling out what a storm pushed up the beach, we deliver the dumpster, you fill it, and we come back across the bridge to haul it off. We run three sizes, and on an island where every trip costs a causeway run, picking the right one matters. The 7-yard is best for small projects, cottage cleanouts, and yard waste or light demo. The 15-yard handles a medium job like a remodel or a mid-sized cleanup, and it's the one most folks pick. The 20-yard is for hurricane cleanup, storm debris, roofing, or a full rebuild.

We deliver all over Gasparilla Island and the run to get there. That covers the village and historic downtown near Park Avenue, the north end, the canal lots of Boca Grande Isles, and the stretch back across the causeway through Placida, Cape Haze, and Rotonda West. Getting to the island means the toll bridge over the causeway from Placida, so we plan that run into every delivery.
The tight historic streets and paver and shell driveways out here can be narrow, so if your spot is tricky, send a photo when you call and we'll plan the drop ahead of time. Out on the end of the island the lots can be soft and sandy, so we keep a 4WD truck ready for rained-out drops.

A lot of our Boca Grande calls are cottage cleanouts on those tight historic lots, where decades of stuff piles up, plus kitchen remodels and full historic remodels in the village. Contractors working downtown or out toward the north end use us for roofing, flooring, and remodel debris, and they like that we show up when we say we will even with the causeway in the way.
Sitting out on the end of the island, Boca Grande takes storms hard, so after one rolls through we run a lot of dumpsters for palm fronds, old fence, banyan limbs, shingles, and whatever the Gulf shoves up the beach. Inn and club managers, rental owners, and shop keepers along Park Avenue call us for off-season renovations, tenant leftovers, and seasonal cleanouts.
