We run three sizes, and on Alva's bigger lots folks tend to size up a notch. The 7-yard is best for a small cleanout, a garage, or a minor remodel. The 15-yard handles roofing, flooring, and a multi-room or whole-house cleanout. The 20-yard is for storm debris, large property and ranch cleanouts, and bigger construction jobs.

A lot of our Alva calls are property and ranch cleanouts, where a farm building, a move, or years of household stuff piles up, plus remodels on older Old Florida homes. Contractors working out toward River Hall and the surrounding acreage use us for roofing, demo, and renovation debris.
Sitting along the Caloosahatchee, Alva takes storms hard, and hurricane season runs June through November, so after one rolls through we run a lot of dumpsters for downed oak limbs, palm fronds, and brush across the big lots. Permits usually aren't required on private property, but you may need one if you're placing the dumpster on a public road or right-of-way. We'll walk you through it.
