Need a dumpster in Alva? We're Dumpster Fire, a family-run dumpster rental and junk removal crew based right next door in Port Charlotte, and we run roll-offs out to Alva for property cleanouts, ranch and farm projects, remodels, and storm cleanup. We'll get the right size to you and tell you the price before we roll out. Call or text any hour, any day.
Alva is a quiet, country corner of eastern Lee County, sitting along the Caloosahatchee River. It's oak-canopy roads, ranches, and acreage instead of packed-in coastal lots, with bigger properties and long driveways off roads like SR-80 (Palm Beach Boulevard) and SR-31.
We're based in Port Charlotte, so getting a roll-off out to Alva is just a run up the road. Whether you're cleaning out a ranch outbuilding, redoing an older Old Florida home, or running a job site out toward River Hall, we deliver the dumpster, you fill it, and we haul it off. One price, told to you up front.

We run three sizes, and on Alva's bigger lots folks tend to size up a notch. The 7-yard is best for a small cleanout, a garage, or a minor remodel. The 15-yard handles roofing, flooring, and a multi-room or whole-house cleanout. The 20-yard is for storm debris, large property and ranch cleanouts, and bigger construction jobs.
We deliver throughout Alva and the rural stretches around it. That covers properties along SR-80 (Palm Beach Boulevard) and SR-31, the homes near Broadway and the Alva Bridge over the Caloosahatchee, the River Hall master-planned community, and the ranches and acreage out past the oak-lined back roads.
Alva runs spread out, with larger lots and long driveways, so there's usually room to set a roll-off. If your spot is tight or you're not sure about access, send a photo when you call and we'll plan the drop ahead of time.
We run out of Port Charlotte and cover Alva and the rest of Lee County. Here's our service area.
A lot of our Alva calls are property and ranch cleanouts, where a farm building, a move, or years of household stuff piles up, plus remodels on older Old Florida homes. Contractors working out toward River Hall and the surrounding acreage use us for roofing, demo, and renovation debris.
Sitting along the Caloosahatchee, Alva takes storms hard, and hurricane season runs June through November, so after one rolls through we run a lot of dumpsters for downed oak limbs, palm fronds, and brush across the big lots. Local businesses, agricultural operations, and property managers call us for turnovers and cleanouts too.
We typically offer same-day or next-day delivery, depending on availability.
Permits usually aren't required on private property, but you may need one if you're placing the dumpster on a public road or right-of-way. We'll walk you through it.
A 20-yard is the one for heavy storm debris, roofing, and large cleanouts.
Tell us the address and what you're working on, and we'll get a delivery on the calendar.
