Need a dumpster in North Port? We're Dumpster Fire, a family-run dumpster rental crew based right next door in Port Charlotte, and we drop roll-offs all over this part of southern Sarasota County. We'll get a 7, 15, or 20 yard dumpster to your spot and tell you the price before you book. Call or text any hour, any day.
North Port covers a lot of ground in southern Sarasota County, from the neighborhoods spreading off Price Boulevard and Sumter Boulevard to the newer construction climbing along Toledo Blade. It's one of the fastest-growing cities in the area and it's spread out, with homes going up and getting fixed up all over.
We're based in Port Charlotte, right over the Charlotte County line, so North Port is basically our backyard. Whether you're near Warm Mineral Springs, out by CoolToday Park, or building along Toledo Blade, getting a roll-off to you is a short hop for our trucks. We deliver the dumpster, you fill it, and we haul it off. One price, told to you up front.

We run three sizes, and access matters on the tighter lots out here. The 7-yard is best for small jobs, garage cleanouts, and yard trimmings. The 15-yard handles a medium job like a remodel, a roof, or a multi-room cleanout. The 20-yard is for big projects, storm cleanup, and new construction, and it swallows the big post-storm piles of fronds, fencing, and limbs.
Not sure which size fits your North Port project? Call or text and we'll help you pick.
Call or Text (239) 412-3283North Port and Port Charlotte are the same development. General Development Corporation platted both in the 1950s, and North Port was the piece that fell on the Sarasota County side of the line, marketed then as North Port Charlotte. That's why the streets look identical to Port Charlotte's once you are off the main roads, and it is also the one thing people get wrong about renting here: North Port is Sarasota County, not Charlotte County, so the county you're dealing with is a different one from your neighbors a few miles south.
For a dumpster it means the same generous grid. Wide streets, quarter-acre lots, deep driveways, and enough room that access is rarely the problem. What's different from Port Charlotte is how much of North Port is still filling in. Streets off Price and Sumter have built lots sitting next to empty ones, and the newer construction along the Toledo Blade corridor and out toward CoolToday Park and Wellen Park is going up now. On a lot that hasn't been built on yet, the ground under a loaded truck is sand, so send a photo of the approach before delivery day rather than after.
We cover North Port Estates, the Myakkahatchee Creek neighborhoods, the spread around Warm Mineral Springs, and the stretches along US-41 and I-75. New-build debris here is packaging and offcuts, which is bulky and light, so size up rather than down.
We run out of Port Charlotte and cover North Port and the rest of Sarasota County. Driveways, jobsites, and everything between.
A lot of our North Port calls are garage cleanouts, kitchen remodels, and clearing a lot before a build, with so many homes going up and getting fixed up out here. Builders and contractors along Toledo Blade, Sumter, and the Price Boulevard corridors keep our roll-offs on their job sites for roofing, demo, and remodels.
Storms hit this part of Florida hard, and a big lot means a big mess. After one rolls through we run a lot of dumpsters for palm fronds, fencing, shingles, and downed limbs. Property managers, landlords, and business owners around North Port use us for unit turnovers, retail remodels, and clearing spaces along the US-41 and I-75 corridors.
