Grove City is a coastal community in Charlotte County, tucked between Englewood and Placida along the Placida Road corridor near Cape Haze and Lemon Bay. It's one of the older communities out here, with a lot of original Florida cottages and homes that have been on this stretch a long time.

We run three sizes, and with the older homes and soft lots out here, access matters. The 7-yard is best for small projects, garage cleanouts, yard waste, and light demo. The 15-yard is the middle size and the one most folks pick, good for a remodel or a mid-sized cleanout. The 20-yard is the big one, for storm cleanup, construction debris, or a full-house renovation.
We deliver throughout Grove City and the surrounding area along the Placida Road corridor, including Englewood, Cape Haze, Placida, Rotonda West, Gulf Cove, and Manasota Key. We also run down toward Boca Grande and Gasparilla and back over to Port Charlotte.
A lot of these are older Florida homes near Lemon Bay, and some of the lots can be soft or get wet when it rains. If your spot is tight or the ground's soft, send a photo when you call and we'll plan the drop ahead of time. If we need to, we bring the 4WD truck so we're not tearing up the yard.

A lot of our Grove City calls are cottage cleanouts on the original Florida homes out here, where closets, garages, and Florida rooms fill up with decades of stuff, plus kitchen and bath remodels. Contractors remodeling up toward Englewood or building out on the Cape Haze side use us for construction and remodel debris.
