That covers the south end of Placida Road, the marinas along Gasparilla Sound, the fish houses, the ferry dock, and the run out toward the Boca Grande causeway. A lot of these waterfront lots near Lemon Bay and the fish camps are soft or sandy, so we run a 4WD truck that handles wet ground. If your spot is tight or you're not sure the truck can reach it, send a photo when you call and we'll plan the drop ahead of time.
