St. James City sits at the south tip of Pine Island, a quiet boating and fishing town where a lot of homes line the canals with direct boat access out to Pine Island Sound and the Gulf. There's no direct mainland bridge, so getting here means the run through Matlacha and down the length of the island.
We're based in Port Charlotte, so the trip out takes some doing. We plan it ahead and bring the right dumpster the first time. Whether you're cleaning out a canal house, gutting a back room, or clearing the yard after a storm, we deliver the dumpster, you fill it, and we haul it back to the mainland. We run three sizes, and access matters on the tight canal-side driveways here. The 7-yard is best for garage cleanouts, small yard projects, and a single room. The 15-yard fits most home remodels and small dock or deck jobs. The 20-yard is the big one, for hurricane cleanup, full renovations, and construction.
We run roll-offs down the length of Stringfellow Road, which carries the whole length of the island down to St. James City, and across the rest of Pine Island. Pine Island is reached from the mainland on Pine Island Road, SR-78, coming through Matlacha. We also cover Pine Island Center, Bokeelia, and Pineland up the island, and on the mainland side of the bridge we serve Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and North Fort Myers.
The canal-home driveways down here run tight, so if your spot is narrow, send a photo when you call and we'll plan the drop ahead of time. We set the dumpster where it won't block your boat trailer or your neighbor's.

A lot of our calls here are canal-front home cleanouts, garage clear-outs, and gutting a back room. Builders and remodelers working the waterfront homes use us for roofing tear-offs, flooring, drywall, and dock material off Stringfellow Road.
Pine Island takes weather straight off the Gulf, so after a storm we run a lot of dumpsters for downed palms, fence sections, and water-damaged material so you can clear the yard and the canal bank. Small shops and vacation rentals on the island keep a roll-off on site as long as the job runs.
If it sits on your own property, no. If it has to go on a public road, you may need one, and we'll help you figure it out.
