That covers the Rotonda Boulevard East and West ring roads, the Broadmoor area, Rotonda Golf & Country Club, Rotonda Lakes, Cape Haze, and Placida along the Placida Road corridor. The 26 miles of canals mean a lot of the homes back up to water, and others run tight to a fairway. We also serve nearby spots like Englewood, Grove City, Gulf Cove, Port Charlotte, and Boca Grande.
