Rotonda West sits out on the Cape Haze peninsula, and it's known for its layout. The community was platted as a wheel, with the Rotonda Boulevards running as ring roads and canals threading through the lots, about 26 miles of water in all. You've got the older homes lining the Boulevards, the golf-course lots, and canal houses tucked back along the water.

We run three sizes, and access matters on the golf-course lots and canal-side driveways here. The 7-yard is best for small projects, a garage cleanout, yard waste, or light demo. The 15-yard is the middle size and the one most folks out here pick, good for a remodel or a mid-sized cleanup. The 20-yard is the big one, best for hurricane cleanup or a whole-house renovation.
We run roll-offs all through the wheel and the areas around it. That covers the Rotonda Boulevard East and West ring roads, the Broadmoor area, Rotonda Golf & Country Club, Rotonda Lakes, Cape Haze, and Placida along the Placida Road corridor. The 26 miles of canals mean a lot of the homes back up to water, and others run tight to a fairway. We also serve nearby spots like Englewood, Grove City, Gulf Cove, Port Charlotte, and Boca Grande.
On the golf-course lots where the driveway runs tight to the green, or on a soft canal lot, just tell us where you are and we'll spot the can where it works. We run a 4WD truck, so a rained-on lot near the canals isn't a problem.

A lot of our calls out here are canal-lot cleanouts and refreshes on the older homes that have been on the wheel since it was first platted. Folks call us for kitchen remodels, gutted lanais, and the occasional studs-out job. Contractors use us for re-roofs and remodel debris, and they call back because we show up where we say and grab the can when the job's done.
Sitting out on the Cape Haze peninsula, Rotonda West feels storm season.
