Eviction Cleanouts.

When a tenant clears out and leaves a mess, every day the unit sits full is a day it isn't earning. We empty it and get it rent-ready, fast.

A tenant moves out and leaves the place full, and now the cleanout is on you. We handle it so you don't have to. Couches, mattresses, the fridge nobody hauled off, bags of trash, and whatever piled up in the closets and the garage. You point us at the unit, we clear it, and you get it back empty and ready to show.

We work with landlords, property managers, and realtors across Charlotte and Lee County. Turnover time is money, so the faster a unit is empty, the faster it earns again. Text a few photos or have us walk the place, and we'll quote it. We can load by the truckload or drop a roll-off on site if there's a lot to clear out.

Once it's empty, we sweep up so the next step is yours. If your records need it, we can send photos of the unit before and after. Got more than one unit turning at the same complex? Tell us what you're dealing with and we'll figure out the right way to clear them all. Same crew, one number, all over the area.

Service areas include: Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Charlotte Harbor, Harbour Heights, Cleveland, Solana, Charlotte Park, Deep Creek, Rotonda West, Englewood, Cape Haze, Placida, Grove City, Gulf Cove, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Port, and nearby communities.

What gets left behind in a turnover

  • Couches, recliners, and bed frames too bulky for the tenant to move
  • Mattresses and box springs
  • Refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other appliances
  • Bagged household trash and loose garbage
  • Dressers, tables, and broken or cheap particleboard furniture
  • Clothes, shoes, and personal items left in closets
  • TVs, electronics, and small kitchen appliances
  • Garage clutter, tools, paint cans, and yard junk
  • Patio furniture, grills, and curbside piles
  • Boxes, totes, and whatever got abandoned in the back rooms

Common questions

Do you work with property managers and realtors?

Yes. A lot of our cleanout work comes from landlords, property managers, and realtors who need a unit emptied between tenants. Give us the address and access details and we'll handle the clear-out.

What do you take out of the unit?

Just about anything the tenant left behind. Furniture, mattresses, appliances, trash, electronics, garage clutter, and the curbside pile. If you're not sure about a few items, text us photos and we'll tell you what we can take.

How does pricing work for a cleanout?

It depends on how much is in the unit and how it's spread out. Send a few photos or have us walk the place, and we'll give you a clear quote before any work starts. No guessing once we get eyes on it.

Can you drop a dumpster instead of loading it yourselves?

Both work. We can haul everything out by the truckload, or drop a roll-off on site if you'd rather load it on your own schedule. We rent 7, 15, and 20 yard dumpsters. Tell us which fits the job better and we'll set it up.

Can you handle more than one unit at once?

Yes. If you've got several units turning over at the same property, let us know what you're dealing with and we'll plan the work so they all get cleared. One crew, one number for the whole job.
