These jobs are rarely just one room, so we treat the whole house as the job. Pull anything you're keeping before we start, because we don't sort or dig through belongings during the cleanout. Once the keepers are out of the way, we load everything that's left, haul it off, and sweep up so the place is ready to list or hand over.
Some families want us to handle the whole thing in one go. Others would rather take their time. If that's you, we'll drop a roll-off dumpster in the driveway on sealed plywood so we don't mark it up, and you work through the house on your own schedule. Both work. If you want it gone in one shot, we'll bring the truck and load everything ourselves. If you'd rather work through the house slowly, we'll drop a 7, 15, or 20 yard roll-off in the driveway so you can fill it on your own time.
