Home/Junk Removal/Estate Cleanout

Estate Cleanouts.

Clearing out a home after a loss or a big move is a lot to carry. We handle the heavy, hauling part so you can focus on the rest.

When a home has to be emptied after a passing, a downsizing, or a sale, we clear it top to bottom. Furniture, appliances, boxes, the garage, the shed, and whatever's tucked in the back of every closet. We work with families, executors, and realtors all the time, and we move at whatever pace the situation calls for. You point, we carry it out.

These jobs are rarely just one room, so we treat the whole house as the job. Pull anything you're keeping before we start, because we don't sort or dig through belongings during the cleanout. Once the keepers are out of the way, we load everything that's left, haul it off, and sweep up so the place is ready to list or hand over.

Some families want us to handle the whole thing in one go. Others would rather take their time. If that's you, we'll drop a roll-off dumpster in the driveway on sealed plywood so we don't mark it up, and you work through the house on your own schedule. Send us photos or have us walk the property, and we'll quote it either way.

Service areas include: Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Charlotte Harbor, Harbour Heights, Cleveland, Solana, Charlotte Park, Deep Creek, Rotonda West, Englewood, Cape Haze, Placida, Grove City, Gulf Cove, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Port, and nearby communities.

What an estate cleanout covers

  • Full-home clearing from the attic and bedrooms down to the garage and lanai
  • Furniture, mattresses, and box springs from every room
  • Appliances like fridges, washers, dryers, and stoves
  • Years of boxes, paperwork, and packed-away closets
  • Garage, shed, and outdoor storage cleared out
  • Old electronics, TVs, and small household items
  • Yard furniture, grills, and patio clutter
  • Carpet, rugs, and worn-out window treatments
  • A sweep-up after the load so the home is ready to show
  • A roll-off dumpster dropped on site if you'd rather pace it yourself

Common questions

Do you work with executors and realtors?

Yes, a lot of our estate jobs come through executors handling an estate or realtors prepping a home to list. We're used to coordinating on access, timing, and what stays versus what goes. Just point us at the property and tell us the plan.

What do you take during a cleanout?

Just about everything inside and out: furniture, appliances, boxes, electronics, yard items, and general clutter. Pull anything you're keeping before we start, since we don't sort through belongings during the cleanout. We load what's left and haul it off.

Can you leave the home broom-clean?

We sweep up after we load so the place is clear and ready to list or hand over. We're not a deep-cleaning crew, so we won't scrub or do floors, but the home won't be left with junk or debris sitting in it.

Should I rent a dumpster or have you load it?

Both work. If you want it gone in one shot, we'll bring the truck and load everything ourselves. If you'd rather work through the house slowly, we'll drop a 7, 15, or 20 yard roll-off in the driveway so you can fill it on your own time.

How does pricing work for an estate cleanout?

Truckload hauling is priced by how much we load and haul off. Dumpster rentals run by size, and every rental includes 2,000 pounds and 3 days, with $25 per extra day and $100 per ton over the included weight. Send photos or have us walk the property and we'll quote it.
