Home/Junk Removal/Hoarding Cleanout

Hoarding Cleanouts.

A house that's gotten away from someone is heavy, and not just the stuff. We clear it out with patience and zero judgment, one room at a time.

Hoarding situations are sensitive, and we treat them that way. Whether it's a loved one's home, a rental you manage, or your own place you're finally ready to tackle, we show up, sort through it with you, and haul off whatever needs to go. No lectures, no faces, no rush. We pull anything you want to keep aside first, then clear the rest one room at a time.

Because every one of these is different, we quote them in person. We'll walk the property, talk through what stays and what goes, and give you a clear range before we start. You can have us load and haul everything by the truckload, or we can drop a roll-off dumpster so you and the family can work at your own pace. Sometimes a job calls for both.

Hoarding cleanouts get heavy fast, so the volume matters. Our dumpsters come in 7, 15, and 20 yard sizes, and each rental includes 2,000 pounds and three days, with extra days at $25 and overage at $100 a ton. We use sealed plywood to protect the driveway, and we work with families, landlords, and estate folks to keep things moving without anybody feeling pushed.

Service areas include: Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Charlotte Harbor, Harbour Heights, Cleveland, Solana, Charlotte Park, Deep Creek, Rotonda West, Englewood, Cape Haze, Placida, Grove City, Gulf Cove, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Port, and nearby communities.

Common questions

What's included in a hoarding cleanout?

We sort through the home with you, pull out trash, furniture, clothing, boxes, and whatever else needs to go, and clear the rooms one at a time. Anything you're keeping gets set aside first. We can load and haul it ourselves or drop a dumpster so you can work at your own pace, and we sweep up the cleared areas before we leave.

Do you have to load it, or can I rent a dumpster instead?

Either way works. If you'd rather do the sorting yourself, we'll drop a roll-off dumpster on site and pick it up when you're done. If you want help, we'll load and haul it by the truckload. A lot of hoarding jobs use both, and we'll talk through which makes sense when we look at the place.

How does pricing work?

We quote hoarding cleanouts in person because every one is different. We'll walk the property, talk through what stays and what goes, and give you a clear range before we start. If you go the dumpster route, each rental includes 2,000 pounds and three days, with extra days at $25 and overage at $100 a ton.

Do I need to be there for the cleanout?

It helps to have someone there at the start so we know what's staying and what's going, especially with keepsakes and paperwork mixed in. After that, you don't have to hover. Send a photo or call and we'll get you a quote, and we'll line up the details from there.

Will you be discreet about it?

Yes. These are personal situations, and we don't make a thing of it. We show up, do the work without judgment, and keep it low key. Everybody's got their own dumpster fire, and ours just happens to be the name on the truck.
